Each beer is a delicate composition of ingredients, and the product and pride of brewmaster, Ernest Ng’s decade-long home brewing experiences. All our beers are brewed at the state-of-the-art facility, designed entirely by Ernest himself, done up in accordance to ASME standards (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) with a total brew capacity of 17,000 liters.
Czech Pilsner – Refreshing thirst quencher. Clean and crisp with subtle maltiness & low bitterness
Monster Green Lager Beer – Green spirulina infused lager beer. Sparkling green, noble hopped, clean and crisp with hints of malt.
Weizen – A typical German-style wheat beer, Weizen is cloudy straw and flavorful. Noble hopped with the subtle bitterness. Showcasing vanilla, spice and fruit notes.
Summer Ale – Golden, nicely bitter, malty and refreshing.
India Pale Ale – Gold color, citrusy hops aroma and potent hop bitterness, tempered by malty flavor & long finish
